What is it?

Course summary:

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of violence and harassment in the workplace, highlighting their impact on dignity, security, health, and overall well-being. These issues affect not only workers and employers but also families, communities, economies, and society at large. In response, the adoption of ILO Convention No. 190 and Recommendation No. 206 in June 2019 marked a global commitment to ending such unacceptable practices. The course explores the transformative aspects of these instruments, their language, and why these choices are crucial for effectively addressing the problem.
